What is AlphaReach?

AlphaReach is a networking outreach tool that helps users manage cold email campaigns to professional contacts. It integrates with Gmail to send emails and detect replies on the user's behalf.

Data We Collect

• Your email address (used for account authentication)
• Contact information you manually enter (name, company, role, email)
• Email content you compose and send through the platform
• Gmail OAuth tokens to send emails and read thread replies on your behalf

How We Use Gmail Access

When you connect your Gmail account, AlphaReach requests the following permissions:

• Send email — to send outreach emails to your contacts on your behalf
• Read email — to detect replies from your contacts in existing email threads

We only access email threads that were initiated through AlphaReach. We do not read, store, or share any other emails in your inbox.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely in a Supabase PostgreSQL database. Gmail OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at angelinachenx@gmail.com. Revoking Gmail access can be done at any time via Google Account Permissions.

AlphaReach's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
